Here is a temporary solution for this issue:
1) Download the latest version of SQLite3 DLL (ver 3.7.5) file here: http://www.sqlite.org/sqlite-dll-win32-x86-3070500.zip
2) Unzip the sqlite3.dll file to the folder you have installed FCleaner in order to replace the old one

We are testing the new version FCleaner, it will come some days later. The new version has supported the latest web browsers and some new applications. It also has been optimized for x64 Windows OS. Some bugs and known problems have been tweaked and fixed in this version, too.

Regarding FF and SQLite problems, I clean FF via FF options for now.

@Russell
Thank you Russell. It may be a bug. I have sent this feedback to our developers to have a test. It will be fixed in next version.

@Mike
Thank you for making this great tool freely available.

One thing, though, which isn't working right for me is the System Restore Point.
It works fine for me on Windows 7, but not on Windows XP (not even when logged in as Administrator).
I've tried both the portable (LiberKey) and NON-portable 1.3.1.621 versions, and see the same thing on both:

     When I click button, the restore point seems to disappear, but then the restore point list seems to restore with the removed restore point back in its original location, but with its date/time changed. This sounds like what David reported on April 17th, 2010, at http://blog.fcleaner.com/fcleaner-1-2-9-409-remove-restore-point-175/.
