    Restore point remover does not work at all,it just changes the dates.

    Hi, could you tell us which Windows OS you are using? In Windows Vista or Windows 7, some features need you run FCleaner as ADMIN.

    Thank you for making this great tool freely available.

    One thing, though, which isn’t working right for me is the System Restore Point.
    It works fine for me on Windows 7, but not on Windows XP (not even when logged in as Administrator).
    I’ve tried both the portable (LiberKey) and NON-portable versions, and see the same thing on both:

    When I click button, the restore point seems to disappear, but then the restore point list seems to restore with the removed restore point back in its original location, but with its date/time changed. This sounds like what David reported on April 17th, 2010, at http://blog.fcleaner.com/fcleaner-1-2-9-409-remove-restore-point-175/.

    Thank you Russell. It may be a bug. I have sent this feedback to our developers to have a test. It will be fixed in next version.
