Hi kashzka,
I don't understand your meanings very well. Do you mean you have a folder like 'C:\Program Files________', and you cannot delete/access it? If it is, I think you need do a disk check for logic errors. How to? Right click the driver you want to check, and select 'Properties'. In 'Tools' tab, you can find a option named 'Error-checking', run it to check your disk errors. And then try to operate on that folder.

Hi Mike!
Thanks for your help - what I see "left over" needs no cleaning or is OK if I understand you correctly.
May I ask 1 unrelated questiion since you easily explain to a non-computer illterate?
I do not show upon start up of the computer Program Files LISTED or an oprion to click on (like My Documents, My Pictures etc). I have an address say... C:\Program Files________. How do I get to that address? Where do I put that information/address....in the top line for addresses at the top of the computer? I don't understand - I can only receive them at startup and can't delete from there.
Thanks for any help you can provide! Sincerely!

<a href="#comment-226" rel="nofollow">@Gandi </a>
You need run 'services.msc' in the 'Run Menu'. Here you can start/stop/restart the services.
